Day 1- Sunday 23/02/2020

Lunch- Falafel salad, 1pm, 4 gosh falafel, boiled egg, salsa, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, pepper and lemon juice- 400kcal

Gym- 2:30pm, 10 minute treadmill HIIT workout, full body workout with weights, 1 hour 30 mins, 30 minute walk home from gym

Snack- 5pm, Protein shake- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 scoop flax seed powder, 1 cup berries, 100ml almond milk and ice- 200kcal

Dinner- Sausages and veg, 6pm- Linda McCartney veggie sausages, broccoli, carrots, peas, sweetcorn and gravy- 400kcal

Snack- topped rye cakes, 7pm- 3 Ryvita rye cakes, 2 tbsp homemade chia jam, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp pip and nut almond butter and white chocolate- 400kcal

Calorie total- 1,400kcal 🙂

Water total- 3L 🙂
